A. LaFera Salon – Cancellation Policy

Effective May 1, 2025

At A. LaFera Salon, your time and well-being are incredibly important to us. We understand that life happens and schedules can shift unexpectedly. We kindly ask for at least 8 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

You can change your appointment by messaging or calling the salon directly.

Our Policy:

• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 8 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total reserved service fee.
• If you arrive late by more than 15 minutes and we’re unable to accommodate your full service, the same cancellation fee will apply. We’ll do our best to reschedule at a time that works for you.
• A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file.
