A. LaFera Salon – Cancellation Policy

Effective May 1, 2025

At A. LaFera Salon, your time and well-being are incredibly important to us. We understand that life happens and schedules can shift unexpectedly.

You can change your appointment by messaging or calling the salon directly.

Our Policy:

• 48-Hour Notice: Reschedule at least 48 hours in advance—no fees, no stress! (You’ll get a reminder text one week before your appointment.)
• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or changes within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
• Same-Day or No-Show: Missed or same-day cancellations are charged 100% of the service price.
• Booking Requirement: A card on file is required to book any appointment (online or by phone). Your card is stored securely and only charged if a cancellation or no-show fee applies.
